We only use premium select flowers grown around the world with the highest quality. As a custom design florist, we can create your vision if you tell us your imagination. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will send a replacement. Please notify us via email of phone within two days of receipt of your order. On occasion, substitutions may be utilized if certain selections of flowers are unavailable seasonally, significant demand during holidays or due to adverse weather conditions around the world. We will make every effort to maintain design style and color scheme.
